About our Caterer
Capozzoli Catering prides itself on creative cuisine and impeccable service, which sets the tone for memorable events. The Chef makes sure everything looks and tastes perfect. Wedding food should never be mediocre; it should be great and look as delicious as it tastes. Food is an essential element to any celebration. We take pride in providing unique buffet and sit-down meal options. We can also accommodate any dietary restriction to fit your guests' needs. The food and reception will exceed your expectations.

No outside food or beverage is allowed, with the exception of specialty food items or desserts.
Can we bring our own food or beverage into the ballroom?
For wedding receptions the ballroom can accommodate up to 425 people.
How many people does the ballroom hold?
No, bartenders are included with the Open Bar.
Is there a charge for bartenders?
Yes, all of the pricing in the package includes an 18% Gratuity.
Does the Pricing in the Package Include Gratuity?
Yes, a $2500.00 non-refundable deposit is required with the signing of the contract.
Is a deposit required?
No, however we can provide you with our list of vendors from Florists, Limos, DJ's and more.
Do you have required vendors?
We have several hotels that we can recommend to you and your guests. Suggested hotels will reserve blocks of rooms, offer group rates and provide shuttle services.
Do you provide hotel accommodations?
Yes, credit cards are allowed for deposits at no additional service charge, however a 4% service charge would be added to the bill for final payment.
Can we use a credit card to pay for my reception?
We have a very flexible payment option. You are more than welcome to set up a payment plan with us; otherwise 50% is due one month prior with the remaining balance & final count due 7 working days prior to your wedding.
How & when do I have to pay for my wedding?
ALL advance payments made to The Executive Banquet & Conference are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you postpone your Wedding or Reception until a later date, all payments will be carried over.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a state-of-the-art A/V system. DVD's, Laptops, iPods & more are able to connect our system and be projected through our house speakers & two 6' x 9' projection screens.
What type of A/V equipment is available to us?
You may bring items in and we will store them in a locked room.
Can we bring in items for early storage?
Yes, decorations are allowed in the ballroom. Items are not allowed to be tacked, nailed or stapled into any part of the ballroom.

We heard of and toured the banquet hall after a recommendation from my husbands co-worker. Surprisingly, it ended up being a great fit. The team did an exceptional job that exceeded all our expectations. This is a hidden GEM - a great value provided by amazing staff. At a point, I was concerned about it being in a industrial center. But, the day of and looking back at photos, you wouldn't have noticed and, it was beautiful! Picking a venue was our biggest decision - you put your wedding in the hands of the venue more than any other vendor and, I would pick this venue/team again in a heartbeat. We keep getting comments from family and friends that they were so impressed by all their efforts - their flexibility with COVID and, the rain we experienced, custom work on the menu and set up, all of their spot-on vendor recommendations and, they did it with a smile. They cared about our day and I felt we really could rely on them. I cannot be happier with the Executive and am so grateful with how helpful they were during challenging moments!

I don't even know where to begin with Executive Banquet Center! My husband and I originally booked a different venue. After having issues with the previous venue due to the pandemic, we withdrew from the contract. We came across the Executive, and fell in love with it. Not only is the ballroom and grounds beautiful, but the staff goes above and beyond expectations. The staff made sure the entire day went smoothly. They also made sure I did not have to lift a finger! They set up all the decorations, and broke down/packed up our decor and gifts. My husband and I didn't really have a chance to eat, so the staff packed up a little "to-go" box to make sure we ate later, in addition, they packed up our cake as well. Anything my husband, I, or my guests needed they took care of. Almost every guest we had complimented the food, drinks and service! I highly recommend Executive Banquet and Conference center. It is beautiful venue with a lovely outdoor patio area but the people are what truly make the place top notch. Planning a wedding is stressful in the best of times. During a pandemic, with everything constantly changing, the stress is multiplied, however Ronnie and Pam worked closely with my daughter and her husband every step of the way. They were understanding, kind and flexible helping to make the wedding day unforgettable.
